With the recent events that have taken place with other Tucson Property Management companies it’s worth discussing The Servoss Group’s process for handling clients funds.

 1.  All rent checks are written to Keller Williams Southern Arizona and not The Servoss Group

2.  Checks are then processed with our accountant and deposited into her trust account, which we do not have access to

3.  All transactions are then reviewed by our designated broker

4.  And finally Nicolette Servoss (team’s property manager) reviews the disbursement statements to confirm accuracy.
