We could not have been happier with James.  We are not from the Tucson area and, therefore, not familiar with it. So finding the right realtor could have been a daunting task.  We just happened to go to one of James’ open houses and met him.  Over the next few visits to Tucson,  James took the time to show us several properties in several different communities which was very helpful.  He provided us with useful printed  background information.  He was very professional and responsive.  He listened to what we said about what we were looking for.  We did not have to tell him anything twice.  He was very helpful walking us through the closing of our property and very prompt in all paperwork and dealings related to the closing. We would not hesitate to work with him again or to highly recommend him.  We also plan to have him handle the rental of our unit.
